In his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey wisely described the Seventh Habit: Sharpen the Saw, as the necessary principal of what he called, “Balanced Self-Renewal”. He simply described the importance of preserving and enhancing the greatest asset you have–YOU.
