15 Minute Workouts

In order to continually ‘sharpen your saw’ it is imperative to continue on with a regular workout regime. This does not mean you have to purchase a fancy gym membership or hire a personal trainer to kick your butt into shape. Really, all it takes is as little as 15 minutes of your time whether you have the luxury of a local gym or the convenience of your bedroom floor! Of course there are several different types of workouts you can complete, but the beauty of it all is that each individual needs to listen to their own body. No two people are exactly alike, so get out there and do what feels right to you!

Below you will find a few quick yet effective workouts that can be done in as little as 15 minutes! Ideally, these workouts will be completed every-other-day, and on the off days, interchange between low intensity workouts (i.e. walking) and high intensity workouts (i.e.running). Plenty more workouts just like these are available all over the web, in magazines, or event books that you may find work better for you. The key is to always listen to your body.
