Try Running for a Change

After years of Pure Barre and Pilates, I decided to try running. Jon Anderson, Keystone Therapy Resource, has been my inspiration and gently keeps me on track. Short distances, run walk, easy on my joints, and feels soooooooo good when I get home to drink a giant glass of water!! Using an app called couch25k. My Australian Shepherd, Doc Holliday, joins me and likes to herd me when I’m too slow! This is the two of us this evening after a run.
